What We Do

Family Educational Services Foundation (FESF) is a non-profit educational organization active in Pakistan since 1984. FESF is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for all members of the community, especially those who are disadvantaged. We invest in educational development and provide innovative training programs, developmental tools and services to enable recipients to gain competency and self-sufficiency, empowering them to reach their full potential.

Tax Benefit to Donor

Donors can claim income tax credit on donation
amount paid to FESF.

FESF Zakat Certification

We are approved and eligible for Zakat by Zakat & Ushr Dept., Gov’t of Sindh. All donations are tax exempted. Zakat funds are kept in separate Shariah compliant bank and zakat money is expensed according to the Shariah law & principle.

FESF has appointed Mufti Ibrahim Essa, an Independent Shariah Advisor to ensure the zakat funds are used in a Shariah-compliant manner. Click to view certification and advisor profile.



In Pakistan there are more than 1.25 million deaf children of school age, yet less than 5% attend school.


We build capacity in youth, employees, parents and educators.



The native language of any Deaf community is their signed language, which is different and unique in every country. PSL is developed under Deaf Reach domain.


Deaf children can do anything- even code. A joint innitiatve of FESF and Welaunch


Dast’khat is developed under the Deaf Reach domain to create employment opportunities, advocate and create awareness about the Deaf Community.


The MOVE (Motivated Volunteer Empowerment) Program aims to effect social change by training and engaging Pakistani youth in meaningful community development.
